2. We must establish a new quality concept of commodity packaging. Adopt appropriate packaging to eliminate excessive, unreasonable and luxurious packaging consumption mode; In terms of packaging, decoration and printing of consumer goods, we should pay attention to enough and make it easy to use for many times

3. In view of the narrow flexographic printing market, at present, the cost of flexographic plate making is about 8 times higher than offset printing, which is difficult to promote in short version printing for a time; Domestic plates, double-sided tapes, sleeve rollers and other equipment have not been localized, resulting in high import prices. Another problem is that the digital proofing technology is not popular, and the process of on-board proofing in 2012 is often adopted, resulting in low yield of film plate making, the decline of plate making costs and the long time-consuming printing and replacement of printed parts

4. At present, the domestic manufacturing enterprises lack the core manufacturing technology (the key technology is Ci center embossing cylinder, sleeve plate roller/embossing roller, double-sided plate pasting tape, full width quality inspection system, etc.), which is suitable for the wide width satellite flexographic printing machine for high-precision product printing, resulting in the high price of imported supporting parts after the localization of the host. This makes the development of flexo printing in plastic flexible packaging printing with strong tensile strength encounter the competitive resistance from gravure printing

5.900 mm wide unit flexographic press structure is not suitable for the printing pressure demand of packaging materials with rough surface. Abroad, wide width units generally adopt a layered structure to improve the pressure bearing performance of equipment and reduce manufacturing costs

6. The lack of packaging and decoration designers who understand the characteristics of flexo printing process, the lack of high-level flexo printing technicians and sufficient captain level skilled technicians, resulting in the embarrassing situation of requiring manufacturers to provide qualified captain of finished parts when purchasing new equipment

7. The lack of enterprise and national standards in line with flexo process control makes it difficult to form a production process that relies on standardized process design to ensure product quality and production efficiency, weakening the enterprise principle of maximizing production benefits

8. In terms of environmental friendly printing ink, gravure printing industry is also working hard to develop ink. At present, due to the slow drying speed of ink, it has a great impact on the printing speed of gravure machine. Once the ink technology problem of gravure printing is solved, gravure printing is not inferior to flexo printing in terms of ink environmental protection performance because of the substantial R & D investment every year. The development advantage of flexo printing will face challenges
