Don't look, don't know! Eight common problems of machine tool chip conveyor and their solutions

1. The accuracy of each equipment is very high

1. The motor does not run after the chip conveyor is first installed and powered on

solution: check whether the input voltage of the motor power supply is normal and whether there is virtual connection

2. The motor idles and the conveying chain plate does not run

solution: in order to prolong the service life of the motor, our company uses a protector for the reducer. Open the chain box and gently tighten the protector screw until the conveying chain runs (Note: it is strictly forbidden to tighten the protector screw too tightly, otherwise the protector will lose the function of protecting the motor)

3. The chain of the chip conveyor that has been used for a long time is stretched and loosened

solution: adjust the adjusting bolt of the transmission shaft according to the actual situation until it is normal

4. In the process of chip removal, there is a jam or debris stuck in the chain and cannot run

solution: in case of this problem, it is necessary to stop the work of the chip conveyor immediately, take out the debris stuck in the chain plate, and consult the manufacturer in time

5. The chip conveyor chain plate is broken

this situation is mainly due to the damage caused by the overload of the chain plate and the normal operation of the reduction motor, which can reduce the synthetic cost. The main countermeasures are to loosen the mechanical overload protector so that it can work normally. In case of overload, the overload protector slips without breaking the chain plate; Another way is to install an electronic overload protector and set a current within the normal range. When the current is greater than this value, the breaker will be disconnected, so as to protect the chain plate from breaking

6. Iron filings are often stuck and cannot be discharged normally

this situation is mainly due to the fact that the spiral iron filings are too long. Sometimes a piece of iron filings can reach meters, and the filings are continuous. The more they accumulate, the more they combine the thermosetting and thermoplastic resin system with the precisely chopped carbon fibers to form a stagnation. The main countermeasures are that all angled places where the chain plate passes must be made into an arc shape, and a hard angle is not allowed, which is conducive to the discharge of iron filings; In addition, a chip baffle is installed at the lower part of the chip discharge port to prevent iron chips from being entangled under the chain plate and causing stagnation

7. The reduction motor is often burnt out and its service life is too short

generally speaking, the normal service life of deceleration is years, which is relatively solid. But there are also some cases that are often damaged. The main countermeasures are to install electronic overload protector. The damage of the motor is mainly due to excessive current. The motor overheats due to long-term overload operation of the motor. It is also necessary to pay attention to the matching of the power of the motor with the chip conveyor. If the power is too small, it is also one of the reasons for easy damage

8. The common causes of spindle heating are bearing damage and poor bearing lubrication, resulting in too tight preload of the bearing

the solution to the heating of the main shaft of the chip conveyor is to first find the heating object, then judge which end of the bearing is heating, and then rotate the main shaft of the equipment to judge whether the tightness of the main shaft is uniform and whether there is a sinking point when it rotates. If the bearing of the chip conveyor causes the main shaft to heat up, it is necessary to change or clean the main shaft bearing, and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil can be added to the bearing. When cleaning the bearing, it is usually cleaned with kerosene or fuel first, then evenly coated with high temperature resistant lubricating oil, and then reassembled
